STARK GENERAL DEALERS is organized into three core departments, each strategically structured to efficiently serve clients across Zambia. This departmentalization allows for specialized focus, operational efficiency, and accessibility within key regions of the country.

Department 1:

Civil, Mechanical & Earthworks Division

This department handles large-scale and complex construction projects, including earthmoving, civil engineering, and mechanical works. It is officially registered with the National Council for Construction (NCC) under Grade 3, reflecting its capacity and compliance with industry standards.

Department 2:

Light Construction & Finishing Works

Specializing in light construction and finishing services, this department covers aluminum works, cladding, carpentry, plumbing, welding, and electrical installations. The carpentry division is headquartered in Lusaka, while the broader operations are managed from our Kitwe office located at Kampinsa, Kitwe.

Department 3:

General Supply & Procurement Division

This department focuses on the supply of a wide range of goods and services nationwide. It is fully registered with the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) and operates from our offices in Ndola, Kitwe, and Lusaka, with services also available online for maximum client convenience.

Recommendations

Government-Recognized Outstanding Service

In 2018, Stark general dealers received a recommendation from the Government of the Republic of Zambia through the office of the Permanent Secretary – Copperbelt for the outstanding work delivery services to an international company for subcontracting. Additionally, The Road Development Agency (RDA) nominated the company on behalf of the Zambian Government for the 20% subcontracting to AVIC international.
